NextGen is great! They helped me install all new appliances in my condo (water heater, furnace, and AC unit). Jason was exceptional as well as his team. During the first site visit, Jason sent me a detailed outline of each item, labor costs, and communicated frequently to address all of my questions - even educate me. I highly recommend NextGen Mechanical for your residential appliance needs.

Our Air Conditioning went out at 10:30 last Tuesday night. NextGen was able to get out to us Wednesday morning to assess it and try to repair it. Juan was fantastic, keeping me informed every step of the way. Unfortunately, after trying to find a fix, it became clear that the unit (from 1998) needed to be replaced. NextGen was back the next day to replace our unit quickly and efficiently. The whole team was great, very professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

NextGen took care of installing a new AC unit for me and helped me with financing as well. Then my boiler was not heating the house properly over the winter. Had several people out before to try and fix the issue, no one was able to do what Jason was able to do. He was able to troubleshoot it and diagnose it and it was the pump that had the issue and wasn't strong enough. Then he even took the time to educate me on my boiler and my AC unit. Showed me how we were going to save money every month on my bill. The savings themselves has paid for the new equipment and labor Jason completed for me. I'll be using them for all of my properties. Happy I finally found my go to HVAC company. Trust has been built and thank you. I recommend this company to everyone.

Jason is a very knowledgeable HVAC tech! He was able to make it out to service my boiler heating system a day prior to our original appointment. Instead of a full pump replacement, Jason, was able to identify the issue and replace two parts on the pump. He saved me hundreds or dollars and plenty of time with this repair. I will be using Next Gen for all my HVAC needs!

Jason is very professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive to my questions. Also very neat. Very trustworthy company. I will definitely use them in the spring to tuneup my central air. What I appreciate very much is he calls you when he’s on his way. Lindsey is pleasant to talk to when setting up appointments.

I needed to replace a PTAC unit in my condo, as the current one just quit on me. I contacted NextGen, because they were referred to me. I also contacted a couple other contractors for pricing and availability. Currently these units are very difficult to find and if you find one, they're expensive. Lindsay and Jason were the most engaged with my situation and acted very professionally. Jason provided a written quote to me at 8:15pm the same day he came out to evaluate the situation. He had the best price and also the soonest installation date. I'm very happy with the service and quality of work I received from them. I would highly recommend them.
