Who We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential HVAC service or installation
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- EPA certification (NATE certification preferred but not required)
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
